Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We deliver nationwide across South Africa through The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Johannesburg & Pretoria 2–3 business days
- Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth 3–4 business days
- Outlying and rural areas 5–6 business days
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Someone must be available to receive the order at the provided address. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful the courier will make contact to arrange an alternative time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at foliosouthafricastore@gmail.com and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
